My largest project to date — a mural spanning three joined properties in central Brixham, painted for the local community group Brixham Future. It depicts Nelson and the Battle of Trafalgar (1805), a subject chosen for its local connection: Nelson and his fleet were stationed in Brixham back in 1801, and a nearby property — once used by naval officers, including Nelson himself — is actually visible from the mural on Union Lane. You can spot it in the first image: the nearest bright building.
It was a real privilege to take on a piece of this scale, and to help mark a small but meaningful part of Brixham's history along the way.
FYI the placard was completed after most of these photos were taken, and says "Lord Admiral Horatio Nelson, Stationed in Brixham with the Home Fleet 1801, Victor at Trafalgar 1805".
