How is payment collected? Is it secure?

Orders are processed via our own secure checkout, and PayPal are our authorised payment processor. As such you are assured of the highest possible data security and privacy, from an organization that has processed millions of transactions, and this also means that Sacredart Murals doesn't handle any sensitive information about you. All checkout transactions are performed in a fully encrypted environment.

Which credit/debit cards do you accept?

Through Paypal we accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo and American Express.

When will my order be dispatched?

When you buy a product from us, it will be dispatched straight away from our address in the UK. We keep only a small amount of stock here so if we receive a few orders in a row for the same product, we may need to replenish stock for your order. This will mean a delay while the new wallpaper is printed. The printers aim for a turnaround of three to five days, and we will send on the product to you as soon as we receive it, as long as it passes our quality check. You therefore should receive your wallpaper within a few days if we have it in stock, or if not, within about ten days. These timings are for the UK, for shipping abroad please allow for slightly longer delivery times.

You will be sent email notifications informing you of the status of your order at various stages, for peace of mind.
